about.
I bring over twenty years of experience working with mission-driven organizations operating in complex, high-stakes environments.

My work spans strategy development and execution, systems and institutional change, and helping organizations deliver results at scale. I’m particularly interested in how strategy translates into action — and how structures, incentives, and culture shape what’s actually possible.

Topics I’m frequently engaged on include impact and outcome-focused investing, NGO leadership and sustainability, innovation strategy, systems thinking, measurement and evaluation, and navigating change in volatile, uncertain, and resource-constrained settings. I also care deeply about how work is designed to support equity, inclusion, and long-term organizational health.
